Coach Chris' Story


As a youth, I was always active.  Playing Football, Baseball, and Basketball every year of high school.  Then, when I reached college, I was no longer doing anything physical everyday.  Eventually I got a job, I got married, had a child, and I never thought I would end up where I was.  12 years after being in the best shape of my life, I was 40% body fat and over 315lbs.  I realized I was not where I wanted to be in my physical health.  Sure, everything else was clicking, but every time I looked into the mirror, I was reminded that I had let myself go.  Even more than that, I let down that athlete in me that was proud of being able to do the sort of things he used to do.

That's why in 2021, I decided to hire a personal trainer.  I worked out 3 days a week without ever missing and I ate the way they told me to.  I started seeing results in weeks.  I liked the way I was looking and decided to keep going until I was satisfied.  2 years later, I was working out 5 days a week, I was down to 12% body fat and 215lbs of muscle.  I'm here because I still love to workout and I love to push others to do it as well.
